Automatic weight increments
This is a great app first and foremost. One option that would be nice to have is an automatic weight increment setting. For example on Monday you do an exercise of 3 sets at 6 reps (your target rep) at 100 lbs. On Wednesday when you go to do the the same exercise the weight is already added PLUS 5 lbs. so 105 lbs. This eliminates the need to figure out what weight you did the last time you did the exercise and allows you to keep progressing. The setting option allows you to turn it on, how much weight is added each time.
Again really like the app regardless! Great job!

Yes, since it currently already has the feature to show last time weight and rep numbers, it should be easy fill the new weight with pre defined formula when you start the new day workout. Like add a fixed number or percentage of last time weight. If it can support more complex way like Excel function will be perfect, but may be a little overkill.
