  3. Single side variation recording.

    Would love to be able to record single side exercises without having to do it in notes: ie if it’s a single side, the app gives a space for left and right side reps: ie on left side did 8 reps, right did 7 reps.

  5. HealthKit Integration

    It would be fantastic to have HealthKit integration!
    That way I can have my healthkit stats more reliable and i have a nice overview within the app.

  8. Automatic weight increments

    This is a great app first and foremost. One option that would be nice to have is an automatic weight increment setting. For example on Monday you do an exercise of 3 sets at 6 reps (your target rep) at 100 lbs. On Wednesday when you go to do the the same exercise the weight is already added PLUS 5 lbs. so 105 lbs. This eliminates the need to figure out what weight you did the last time you did the exercise and allows you to keep progressing. The setting option allows you to turn it on, how much weight…

  9. Total Volume (sets*reps*weight) Option/Feature For Each Exercise

    It would be nice to add an option to show/calculate the total volume for each exercise for the current workout session and the previous workout sessions. I think it'd add an additional way to help quantify training, as well as giving an additional controllable variable to improve on (other than just solely hitting personal best records for the highest given weight). As of right now, it is very hard to manually check how much volume work you actually do during a given session other than manually calculating it yourself, which is very tedious and time consuming.   10. Body Measurements

    It would help to be able to add or edit body part categories for measurements. For example, there is only the ability to measure one arm and leg. I would like to track both arms and both legs. Thanks.

  12. Calendar View of the Whole Month (probably in Training Log tab)

    My reasons are:

    1. Better view and easier to relate to past workouts and routines together.
    2. To pre-plan future workouts and routines for days/weeks ahead.
    3. Different colored dot/underline under the date for different workout.
    4. Different background color of the date for different routine.

  13. 1RM Calculator

    It would be nice for my 1RM to be listed by the exercise I am doing. I use that number (presumably based on my past history) to calculate my new weight.

    Example: I see my 1RM for Shoulder Press is 100 lbs. I'm shooting for 10 reps. I know that would be ~55-58% of my 1RM. So, I then round up to 60 lbs. I've always done it this way, but I could be the only one...

  17. Cardio

    Great app!!!!!! The online sync is excellent! I've tried a lot of apps and this one is hands down the best. Simple. Clean.

    Don't change the format to just checking off as movements are made. Leave it just like its is. I'm a very avid and experienced workout-a-holic and you've got a great product right here. Changing it to a "check off" of list would ruin what you have. That's what checklists are for (these comments came from reading other posts about asking you to change input options). Don't!

  20. Supersets

    When you create a workout ie say you have about 8 exercises. You select an exercise and can add a superset. That's great but what if I want to create from my existing list - drag and drop and am done. At present you duplicate and then delete.

    Using in the field gym workouts, things change on the fly.
