Cardio
Great app!!!!!! The online sync is excellent! I've tried a lot of apps and this one is hands down the best. Simple. Clean.
Don't change the format to just checking off as movements are made. Leave it just like its is. I'm a very avid and experienced workout-a-holic and you've got a great product right here. Changing it to a "check off" of list would ruin what you have. That's what checklists are for (these comments came from reading other posts about asking you to change input options). Don't!
Could you add the ability to 1) add cardio and track distance, calories, resistance, etc. and 2) the ability to change the green color to other / another color?
Great job on the app will definitely be recommending (as long as you don't change the basic format)!

Thanks for the reply
I'm thinking basic cardio that a gym would have. You're right with the nike apps, fitbit, etc however something like:
Elliptical- tracking calories burned, distance, resistance, time
Stairclimber- tracking calories burned, distance, resistance / level , time
Treadmill- distance, calories burned, time, incline level
Stationary Bike- distance, calories burned, time, level / resistance
Ideally cardio simply as something that can be added to a current workout. I don't see a need for a separate section, merely a way to track a complete "gym" workout.
Cardio is the same in tracking purposes as weights. We're always trying to beat the last goal so a way to track, similar to weights, would be great! Nothing complicated nor am I looking for sports (ie swimming, outside running, etc. let the other apps handle that).
Does that make sense?

Hi K, thanks for the feedback! If you could also leave a review for LiftRep in the App Store, it would be very much appreciated- it's the biggest help in making LiftRep more visible to new users searching the store.
Regarding cardio- are you seeing it as its own section in the app, or something that gets tracked in the same Training Logs list as with your strength training workouts? Do you usually do cardio as part of your routines, such that you would want to be able to "add" cardio to a workout routine just like adding another exercise?
It's definitely food for thought- I figured that with such a vast collection of cardio tracking apps in the store (i.e. all the RunKeepers, Nike+, Strava, running/cycling/etc app), it would be hard to improve upon the formula.
I'd also need to do a lot more reading up about different types of cardio workouts/equipment, etc. To start, can you give me a concrete example of some of your typical cardio sessions that you perform, and what you'd want to record?
Sincerely,
FrancisPS. Also noted- changing colors in the app...
